Casa Sonhar Mais Alto has everything you need for a delicious, comfortable and relaxing holiday. Here you can play around with a lot of space. One side of the house has a private spacious swimming pool with several seating areas, and on the other side of the house a lawn where there is plenty of space for activities such as badminton, cricket or football. You will also find your own small private Boccia court next to lemon and orange trees.

The property also offers terraces with sun from morning to evening. Here, life is mostly lived outdoors with a barbecue and a large dining area. The garden also consists of a number of fruit trees and you are of course welcome to enjoy the seasonal fruit and berries.

After a long day in the sun on the beach or by the pool, the evening can end with the most beautiful sunset. The view from the villa's top terrace is formidable and gives you a 360 degree view. From sunrise to sunset.

If you live in Villa Sonhar Mais Alto you are minutes away from several beaches with their delicious beach restaurants, five minutes away from Salgado's golf course (18 holes) and you have restaurants and delicatessens in close proximity.

Facts:

The property is originally from 1996, and was completely renovated in 2019. The house received a thorough modernization with a Scandinavian style.

The garden is lit outside, the entire property is fenced and is located safely and secluded in Monte Juntos, but with only a few minutes to several swimming beaches. Proximity to restaurants, a short distance to Aldi and Apolonia, lots of hiking sites and opportunities to cycle, golf courses and you are right in the middle between Albufeira and Armação de Pêra.

WHERE IS THE PROPERTY?

The property is centrally located in the middle of the Algarve, about 30 km west of Faro. In this area are some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches such as Galé, Lourenco and Evaristo. The nearest beach is Salgados, 3 minutes away by car.

GOOD SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS

Nearby is Apolonia Supermarket, one of the Algarve's best, which also offers online shopping and home delivery of goods. Other supermarkets are also nearby, Aldi (3 minutes by car)

Venerable Vila Joya, a unique boutique hotel in Galé, has a gourmet restaurant with 2 stars in the Michelin guide and a fantastic beach restaurant, Vila Joya Sea, and just has to be experienced!

CHICKEN PIRI PIRI

The nearest village, Guia, known for its chicken piripiri, is 6-7 minutes away by car. There are also several restaurants, banks and pharmacies. AlgarveShopping is a center with a variety of shops, cinema and eateries, about 10 minutes by car.

The Algarve is known as one of Europe's best golf areas and a number of golf courses can be found within a radius of 30 minutes. However, the nearest is no more than 3 minutes away, Salgados. This area is also a nature reserve and perfect for walking and cycling.
